Announcement of tender No. 16/T/GSM/2010 to supply polarized microscopes and Digital camera to be fixed on the microscope

The Company invites all suppliers of the proper experience and specialization to participate in above tender to supply polarized microscopes and Digital camera to be fixed on the microscope  which is announced for the second time because there are no offers attend to the commercial department at the company head office located in Baghdad –Andulos Square near Ibn al-Nafees hospital to obtain a copy of the tender documents which includes the technical specification required and conditions against amount of (25000) Iraqi diners (non-refundable) or they can visit our website (www.geosurviraq.com ) (www.industry.gov.iq) note that the closing date on wednesday 4/8/2010 at the end of official work , in case the closing date considered to be a holiday the date will be shifted to the next day.

-         Offers should be present in three sealed envelopes and to fix on it the name of company and the No. of tender, name of material, the first is technical; the second is commercial and the third is consisting from the following documents:

1- A copy of registration certificate issued by the ministry of trade

2-Bid bond with rate of (1%) from the value of the offer submitted by a certified cheque or bank guarantee trusted from an Iraqi bank or documents of loan issued on behalf of the Iraqi government provided to complete            the remaining  5 % from the value of the offer submitted when awarding the tender.

3- A letter of UN reluctant issued by the tax department to allow the company to participate in tender valid for this year.

4-list of similar work legalized by the relevant contractual parties

5- Original copy of purchase receipt of tender

6- If a supplier is a bureau, a copy of membership card to one of the chambers of commerce inside Iraq must be presented which should be valid for this year.

- The bidder who wins the tender will bear the fees of the last advertisement.

- The company is not obliged to accept the lower price.

- The company invites all participants in order to attend the conference which shall be carried out in its head office in order to reply on the inquiries at (10) o'clock am and before seven days from the closing date.
